So 13 in 13...is it possible?  Only time will tell!  But if it can be done, someone should benefit for such an undertaking.  That someone is Offender Victim Ministries.  A part of OVM that I have been involved with the last several years is M-2, a prison visitation program.  I have been blessed to get to know a man I now consider a friend in the Hutchinson Correctional Facility.  (Currently there are many more inmates on the M-2 list than available volunteers; how can you help?)
